Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Include the original packaging and accessories.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, or washing.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your order.
Refunds
Returns are inspected upon receipt.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with our return policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Nocturne Prestige cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.
