Returns
At Nocturne Prestige, we want you to shop with confidence. Should you wish to return an item, we offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Be returned in their original condition.
• Have all tags attached.
• Include original packaging and any supplementary accessories, including belts and dust bags.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, make-up marks or washing.
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including a prepaid Royal Mail return label or printer-free QR code where applicable.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Should you require a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with our return policy.
